There’s a Turkish brand among the largest unaddressed distribution companies of Europe ADZ Distribution became a member of ELMA

ADZ Distribution, the first and only company in Turkey that makes only unaddressed distribution, was admitted into European Letterbox Marketing Association (ELMA). ADZ, meeting the all membership criteria set by ELMA successfully, has the position of being the first and only Turkish company to join the organization.

ELMA, gathering the most prestigious unaddressed distribution companies in its structure, accepts only one representative from each country and conditions that the service quality of the said company should be in global standards.

ADZ Distribution Deputy General Manager Berk Bayraktutan stated on the subject: “I would like to state that, as ADZ, we display a very innovative approach in the name of carrying the marketing activities of companies to the most efficient level. With our high technology infrastructure, measurable and reportable processes, professional team and experience, we are serving many respectable companies in Turkey. The successful point we have arrived today enabled us to be accepted into an organization like ELMA which has very strict membership criteria. Thus, it has been verified that ADZ’s service quality is on the global scale. Our goal from now on is to create more value for the companies in our country through unaddressed distribution service.”

Berk Bayraktutan also points out that reaching the consumer with an effective marketing method like unaddressed distribution has great importance for companies: "Especially in crisis period, we see a big increase in the interest towards our services. This underlines the importance companies place in unaddressed distribution. But we believe there is an important distance to cover in this area in Turkey. For example, in France, which has almost the same population as Turkey, 12 billion unaddressed distributions per year are conducted. This number is around 400 millions in Turkey. As ADZ, we are the only company in Turkey which makes only unaddressed distribution. Our competitors run operations in this field as well as many other fields. But unaddressed distribution requires a very serious organization which should be focused on alone. We believe that ADZ's service philosophy will draw attention on the value we create for companies as well as the development of the sector.”

It can distribute to 2 million housed in Istanbul, 13 million houses to Turkey in general

ADZ Distribution provides unaddressed distribution service towards the target audience that companies want to reach with direct marketing method. So the materials which are wished to be taken to the target audience are distributed to all the houses by ADZ by making only a target area selection. With the high technology infrastructure system of ADZ, customers who receive service can determine easily the target audience they want to convey their advertisement materials on the street or even house basis. The areas to make the distribution can be determined according to criteria like socioeconomical structure, population density and numbering structure of buildings which are recorded in ADZ’s system.

ADZ Distribution, which is serving successfully in our country since 2006, verified the quality and adequacy of the services it offers by acquiring a P Authorization Certificate from Turkey Republic Ministry of Transportation. ADZ has a large structuring which can distribute to 13 million houses in Turkey, 2 million being in Istanbul.

2009 goal is 100 million distributions

ADZ, making over 70 million distributions the last year alone, aims to take his figure up to 100 million in 2009 with a near 50% increase. ADZ also provides consultancy services to its customers in choosing the most appropriate distribution area. ADZ, having a system that is capable of recording and reporting even the smallest detail in all the distribution works, helps the customers make consistent campaigns with 100% measurable performance.

ADZ employees who use mobile hand terminals choose the neighborhood and street on the instrument and transfer to the central system how many deliveries he/she made to which door number or postbox by the ADZ Mobile software. As the team members carry GPS devices, the route the distributer took and the points of operation can easily by tracked and reported. ADZ’s young and dynamic distribution teams comb the designated area with their single-type uniforms and equipment and distribute the materials to the target audience. ADZ team can dress up according to the serviced customer's enterprise identity when required and thus strengthen the effect of the work conducted.

What is unaddressed distribution?

Unaddressed distribution is the distribution of advertisement and introduction materials like brochures, introduction files or samples locally to specified areas or in the name of companies that operate in a specified sector. Unaddressed distribution is preferred by many sectors from education to communication, from food to clothing as well as retail sector. It is a very effective method for companies to directly reach the potential customers in their own field of operation, introduce themselves or their products directly or create awareness. Unaddressed distribution method is currently one of the cheapest advertisement and introduction channels.
