High technology and reportable processes
ADZ takes advantage of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) technology and equipment in campaign consultancy and planning stages. Numerical/vector maps are exclusively produced for each distribution campaign, distribution plans are made on digital maps and demographical data are evaluated on the map.
For ADZ to be able to have reliable results in the system it uses, all couriers are tracked with GPS technology and all reports are presented in digital environment. ADZ employees who use mobile hand terminals choose the neighborhood and street on the instrument and transfer to the central system how many deliveries he/she made to which door number or postbox by the ADZ Mobile software. Team members also carry GPS devices. This device records the information of the courier’s route throughout the day, on which points he/she operated through the ADZ mobile terminal and software. The processes and satellite location information are transmitted real-time to the system through GSM/GPRS infrastructure. ADZ gathers and analyzes all the data coming from field operation at the end of the process. The data that are made presentable are made available to the customers on the web.
